MakeMyPaystub is a web-based pay stub generator that allows users to create, customize, and export professional pay stubs. The Service provides customizable templates, a drag-and-drop builder, and export options including PNG, PDF, and JPEG formats. Pay stub content is generated entirely in your browser and is not stored on our servers.

3. Permitted Uses

The Service is intended for lawful purposes only. Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:

• Record-keeping: Creating pay stubs for personal or business record-keeping purposes.
• Replacing lost documents: Recreating pay stubs that have been lost, damaged, or are otherwise unavailable.

All content, design, graphics, templates, and code that make up the Service are owned by MakeMyPaystub and are protected by intellectual property laws. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeMyPaystub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

MakeMyPaystub does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
